Payment Gateway Updates

Meal Type Filter
We have recently introduced the Filtering of hotel rates via the meal type filter option. Rates can now be segregated as Room Only, Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board & All Inclusive basis. New – Pan Validation & Multiple Pan Entries (New)
We are happy to inform you that from today, we will have per booking the option of entering multiple pans for more than 1 room bookings. 1 Pan for each room can be validated and entered on our system for each reservations. The Pan related validation is to check the validity of the Pan & if it is operative or inoperative. The names will be auto populated as per the Pan Numbers. Agents have the option of choosing single pan for all rooms or enter multiple pan numbers at the time of booking.

TCS Declaration (New)
From today onwards all TCS declaration per booking will be taken at the time of reconfirmation in digital format as per the details entered at the time of booking. The copy of the digital declaration will be sent to Travel Agent’s registered email id’s. The declaration will also give an option of choosing either Standalone Service or Package. Correct declaration is required as this will be submitted to our bankers at the time of remittances.

Room Type Filter & Room Mapping
We have recently introduced the Room Type Mapping for each hotels where the rooms from multiple suppliers are clubbed together for each specific category of rooms. At the time of expansion agents can see all the rooms and the rates with different conditions displayed. This helps in the search of specific room types or to search a specific room type from multiple room categories displayed on the system.
